Business Analyst Role

Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills?

We're seeking a Business Analyst to join our team, where you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting client demonstrations and workshops to showcase functionalities tailored to specific business use cases.
  • Leading and participating in full-cycle ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of ERP modules.
  • Customizing and configuring ERP modules in alignment with business processes and organizational goals.

You will also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive implementation documentation, creating structured documentation, and providing application support and training to clients and internal stakeholders as required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Gathering, analyzing, and validating business and system requirements through client meetings, interviews, and process reviews.
  • Creating detailed business and technical documentation, including business requirement documents, software requirement specifications, functional specification documents, user stories, and use case diagrams.
  • Developing end-user training materials, SOPs, quick reference guides, and user manuals.
  • Serving as a communication bridge between clients, developers, designers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure alignment across all project stages.
  • Coodinating and monitoring project deliverables, deadlines, and change requests using project management tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably with hands-on experience in ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, inventory, sales, HR, or manufacturing domains.
  • Proficiency in creating structured documentation and business artifacts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, client handling, and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
