We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused individual to support our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial advisers achieve optimal success and deliver exceptional results for their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of advisers, guaranteeing their satisfaction and success.
  • Foster strong relationships with advisers by understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Onboard new advisers, providing training, resources, and support for a seamless integration into our systems and processes.
  • Maintain adviser performance metrics, offering actionable insights and guidance for improvement.
  • Cultivate opportunities to enhance adviser productivity, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and support teams to address adviser needs and resolve issues.
  • Organize and deliver regular training sessions, webinars, and workshops to keep advisers informed of best practices, new products, and compliance updates.
  • Collect and relay adviser feedback to internal teams to drive continuous product and service improvement.
  • Develop customized plans tailored to individual adviser needs and business models.
  • Track key success metrics and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in adviser/client success, account management, relationship management, or sales support.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into clear action plans.
  • High level of empathy and dedication to adviser satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools.
