
Adviser Success Manager

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Adviser Success Manager to join our team. This role is dedicated to supporting, guiding, and enabling financial advisers (or consultants) to achieve optimal success and deliver exceptional results for their clients. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, provide strategic support, and drive engagement to ensure advisers reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of advisers, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with advisers by understanding their business goals and challenges.
Onboard new advisers, providing training, resources, and support for a smooth integration into the companys systems and processes.
Monitor adviser performance metrics, providing actionable insights and guidance for improvement.
Identify opportunities to enhance adviser productivity, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and support teams to address adviser needs and resolve issues.
Organize and deliver regular training sessions, webinars, and workshops to keep advisers informed of best practices, new products, and compliance updates.
Collect and relay adviser feedback to internal teams to drive continuous product and service improvement.
Develop success plans tailored to individual adviser needs and business models.
Track key success metrics and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in adviser/client success, account management, relationship management, or sales support.
Strong understanding of the financial services or consulting industry (depending on your niche).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into clear action plans.
High level of empathy and dedication to adviser satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple relationships and tasks effectively.
Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools.
