Talent Acquisition Role Summary:
As a Principal Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting high-quality candidates to fill leadership positions in schools. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the education sector. They will also be proficient in both Urdu and English languages, and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to onboarding, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, and developing strategic plans to source and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the education sector. They will be expected to maintain accurate records and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
