Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled front desk professional to join our team. As a key member of our clinical support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.

  • Provide exceptional patient care and service by greeting patients in a polite, professional and helpful manner.
  • Schedule appointments with doctors using our Outpatient Management System and ensure timely confirmations and cancellations.
  • Respond promptly to phone calls and provide necessary information to callers.
  • Guide patients through diagnostic tests preparation, coordinate with doctors for clinical summaries and manage dispatches.
  • Coordinate clinic start times and maintain a clean and organized clinic area.
  • Manage patient revenue reports and submit daily reports to supervisors.
  • Create new patient medical records and provide record cards.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff to address day-to-day clinic issues.
  • Resolve patient queries and problems to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for easy reference.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and resolve complex problems.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
