
Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage financial records, administer daily operations, and provide analytical support.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with software houses or call centers, particularly those serving international clients, and fluency in English is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and collections.
- Analyze and prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Regularly reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Prepare and submit tax filings and financial reports as required.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and maintain collection records.
- Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- ACCA qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and reporting standards.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
