Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. In addition, hands-on experience with US tax regulations and accounting principles is crucial.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of driving financial strategy and ensuring accuracy in financial operations. The successful candidate will lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage collections to maintain healthy financial operations.


Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for various departments and projects.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.


Invoicing & Bookkeeping:

  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Monitor and track outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.


US Taxes & Accounting:

  • Handle all aspects of US tax compliance, including preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on tax planning and strategy to optimize tax positions and minimize liabilities.


Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance and key metrics.
  • Assist with audits and prepare necessary documentation for external auditors.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role with expertise in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with US tax regulations and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
