Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy individual with a strong background in Computer Science to fill a dual-role position combining system administration and business analysis.

This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, requiring the ability to maintain and update websites for optimal performance, ensure seamless operation of systems and tools, assist in automating internal processes, and learn and support integration tools.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning business tools and enterprise software, comfortable managing websites, especially WordPress, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update WordPress-based websites for optimal performance and user experience.
  • Ensure seamless operation of systems and tools used in marketing, sales, and operations by performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in automating internal processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Learn and support integration tools such as Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, and TIBCO to enhance business capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for learning business tools and enterprise software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce).
  • Comfortable managing websites, especially WordPress, and possesses strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and remotely with a proactive mindset.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with APIs, integration platforms, or basic scripting.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels.
