We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our remote team.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for the collection, documentation, and maintenance of business requirements as defined by stakeholders for all development efforts.

The successful candidate will ensure that project objectives align with business goals by analyzing stakeholder needs and translating them into clear technical requirements. They will also be accountable for coordinating across all technical resources throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between business areas and technology teams.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will provide testing support and assist with project management and delivery activities. You will gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Agile SDLC projects, working closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst working in Agile SDLC environments. They should be proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket. A strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban is essential.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. They should be able to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
