Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our finances.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain day-to-day financial control, ensuring that all finances are properly administered and monitored.
  • Support the General Manager Finance in providing information for estimates and advise on resource allocation.
  • Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.
  • Prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the CEO.
  • Make regular reports to the General Manager Finance/CEO.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial reports for funding, grants, contracts, and other initiatives.
  • Perform routine tasks with professionalism.
  • Monitor financial activities at the district level and ensure each service location is adequately managed, staffed, and resourced.
  • Work in accordance with established rules and regulations, ensuring completion of assigned work within the specified timeline.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • Prepare financial management reports and monitor taxation issues.
Job Specification:

Command of financial software and ability to perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager Finance.
