Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Manager, located in Karachi. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the workshop, managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating schedules and meetings, and maintaining records. The role includes ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting HR functions, and liaising with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Preferably MBA
  • Proficiency in using office software and management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling administrative and clerical tasks
  • Knowledge of HR functions and procedures is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive or related industry
