Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement quality management systems in line with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
  • Support the Director of Quality Assurance in preparing self-assessment reports.
  • Organize entry, mid-point, and end-point surveys, as well as data entry for these forms.
  • Assist the Director in preparing quarterly progress reports for the Higher Education Commission.
  • Supervise data analysts in daily activities related to quality management.
  • Provide consultancy and advisory services to all departments on Project Excellence 2010.
  • Offer training to staff members on quality systems and tools.
  • Provide reference and advisory services to new employees.
  • Manage quality manuals and six mandatory procedures.
  • Ensure the implementation of document and record control procedures.
Job Requirements
  • A strong background in quality management processes, statistical techniques, and computer applications is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and writing skills are essential.
  • Prior experience with quality management systems, tools, and standards, particularly ISO 9001 and Six Sigma, is highly desirable.
