Transforming Insurance Operations with Data-Driven Insights

The role of the Business Analyst – Insurance at ibex is to leverage technology and process innovation to streamline core insurance operations such as policy administration, claims management, underwriting, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Optimization: Assess and optimize insurance processes including claims, underwriting, and policy issuance to improve efficiency and compliance.
  2. Data Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct data-driven analysis and engage with stakeholders to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  3. Workforce Automation and KPI Development: Redesign workflows, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend automation to enhance accuracy and reduce costs.
  4. Process Documentation and SOP Alignment: Document processes, create models, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with industry best practices.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Change Management: Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and support change management.
  6. Digital Transformation Alignment and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with digital transformation goals and regulatory standards.
  7. Business Case Development and Implementation Planning: Prepare business cases, functional specifications, and actionable plans for process improvements.
  8. Post-Implementation Monitoring and Refining: Monitor and refine processes post-implementation to ensure sustainability and performance.
