Our company is seeking an ambitious professional to fill a Business Development Manager position.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing expert who can drive business growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the construction sector, with at least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to increase sales and expand our customer base. This will involve building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating deals to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Negotiate deals to meet business objectives
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the construction sector
  • Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to travel as needed
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
