Senior Finance Associate

A senior finance associate is needed to support high-impact finance operations for international clients across the Middle East and the UK.

The role will be embedded within a finance shared services platform established for a sizable and growing group of companies headquartered in the Middle East.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare statutory and management financial statements, including group consolidations, in compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Contribute to financial planning and analysis (FP&A): budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support the monthly and year-end closing process, including reconciliations, reporting packs, and intercompany adjustments.
  • Assist with corporate tax computations, returns, and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with external auditors to manage audits and resolve queries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records, perform journal entries, and ensure ERP/system data integrity.
  • Collaborate with group entity teams via the shared services center, acting as a key support resource for operational accountants.

Candidate Profile
  • ACCA qualified or finalist with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or FP&A, preferably in a consulting or shared services context.
  • Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and exposure to multi-entity consolidation.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting platforms.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with excellent attention to detail and accountability for deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-border collaboration effectively.
