Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial software, and exceptional communication skills.
This role involves managing financial records, performing reconciliations, and maintaining accurate general ledgers. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, coordinating with clients via email and video conferencing, and handling transaction categorization and data entry.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Minimum 1.5+ years of full-time, on-site experience in bookkeeping/accounting
- Prior experience working night shifts for U.S.-based clients is mandatory
- Mandatory: Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
- Plus: Familiarity with other tools like Xero, Tally, Zoho Books, Excel/Sheets
- Understanding of U.S. accounting standards and bookkeeping workflows
- Strong English communication (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
