Quality Assurance Role

Our company seeks a talented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, writing and executing test cases, and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Team Leads, and Product Managers, to gather and analyze product requirements.
  2. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality products meet customer expectations.
  3. Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Participate in daily Scrum meetings to stay informed about project progress and contribute to team discussions.
  5. Utilize JIRA to manage and track tasks, ensuring timely completion and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in QA or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and QA methodologies.
  • Expertise in creating and executing test cases, with exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools, such as Postman, and database testing techniques.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
  • Proficiency in security testing and performance testing methodologies.
