Senior Performance Marketing Manager

The role of a Senior Performance Marketing Manager is crucial in spearheading the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven campaigns for high-value clients across various platforms. As a key leader, you will be responsible for balancing hands-on campaign management with long-term brand strategy, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and executive expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing roadmaps for client accounts, aligning quarterly goals with revenue targets and brand guidelines.
  • Pioneer A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to scale campaigns while maintaining Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop AI-powered User-Generated Content/video content that aligns with performance insights and platform trends.

Budget Ownership & ROI Optimization:
  • Manage monthly ad budgets across various platforms, balancing short-term Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with long-term client growth.
  • Implement predictive budget allocation models to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) efficiency and campaign scalability.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau, translating raw data into executive-ready reports.
  • Build client-facing dashboards to showcase performance trends, forecast outcomes, and justify strategic pivots.

Executive & Client Collaboration:
  • Present monthly/quarterly performance reviews to C-suite stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights and growth opportunities.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, resolving challenges with data-backed solutions and fostering long-term account retention.

Team Leadership & Innovation:
  • Direct a team of content creators, analysts, and ad specialists, providing clear guidelines for platform-specific best practices.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and pilot new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years in performance marketing, with 3+ years in a client-facing leadership role.
  • Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or TikTok Business Suite.
  • Technical mastery of platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Familiarity with workflow management tools such as ClickUp/Asana, AI-driven creative tools like Canva/CapCut, and attribution tools like TripleWhale/Northbeam.
  • A proven track record of scaling campaigns to 20%+ ROAS or reducing Cost per Acquisition by 15%+. Manage $50k+ Quarterly ad spend across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for C-suite audiences.
  • Crisis management skills, with the ability to resolve client conflicts with diplomacy and fact-based solutions.
