The position of Tech Lead requires an individual with extensive experience in integration tools, middleware, ESB, ETL/MDM, and API Gateway. A proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale digital transformation projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide architectural oversight to ensure best practices are followed in service delivery.
  • Create and utilize patterns and frameworks as part of an overall software architecture blueprint.
  • Foster relationships and become a trusted partner with customers.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction through effective project management, analysis, solution architecture, design, and development.
  • Guide on programming feasibility, alternate functionality, and performance considerations.
  • Ensure requirements are complete and accurate, estimate effort, design, develop, and unit test solutions.
  • Participate and lead business and technical meetings.
  • Provide timely status updates to project leadership.

This role involves identifying and mitigating risks in processes and technology, building on existing intellectual property to create new service propositions, and participating in pre-sales activities.

A strong problem-solving and diagnosis skillset is required, along with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.

In addition, this role demands the ability to work well under pressure, possess strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills, and be highly experienced with standards-based technology.
