Job Role

As an Educational Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting students by understanding their needs and circumstances. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Student Support
    • Act as students' primary point of contact, providing initial information and guidance about our services, offering university options, and creating required documents.
  • Communication
    • Regularly communicate with students to ensure they are informed about their application status and any additional requirements.
  • Data Management
    • Update and maintain accurate student records in our database to ensure all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Follow-Up
    • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to guarantee students progress smoothly through their application process.

Requirements

You must possess:

  • Experience
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Education
    • Graduation or professional qualification in a relevant field.
  • Skills
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for data management.
  • Attitude
    • A proactive and positive approach to helping students achieve their goals, along with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
