Required Skills and Qualifications:

Hands-on Teaching Experience in marginalized communities.

Experience in Quality Frameworks for educational materials.

Proven Collaboration Skills and leadership ability to improve educational outcomes.

Education:

Master's Degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or Educational Leadership.

Relevant Certifications in instructional design, teacher training, or learning experience design.

Experience:

Minimum 8–10 Years of relevant work experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role in content development, curriculum design, or educational publishing.
