We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative learning solutions specialist to drive the development of our eLearning programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners by developing interactive content and assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality eLearning modules.
  • Evaluate instructional quality, alignment, and engagement through rigorous testing and iteration.
  • Lead reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders into iterative design improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate eLearning development.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and SCORM principles.
  • Knowledge of adult learning models and learning theories.
