We are looking for an experienced Plastering Contractor to lead the execution of plastering and finishing tasks in various projects. This role demands strong collaboration skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying a suitable primer.
  2. Cut and install plasterboard to meet project requirements.
  3. Apply a variety of plasters or finishes using hand tools or machinery.
  4. Create customized finishes based on client preferences.
  5. Repair any damage to surfaces.
  6. E nsure all work meets safety standards and building codes.
  7. Maintain open communication with clients to understand their needs.
  8. Coordinate with other tradespeople to achieve efficient project delivery.
  9. Effectively manage project resources and timelines.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in plastering or related roles in contracting.
  • Extensive knowledge of different plaster types, finishes, and techniques.
  • Able to interpret blueprints and follow instructions precisely.
  • Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness.
  • Sufficient physical fitness for prolonged periods and handling heavy materials.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
