About the Job

  • Join us in developing a high-performing team by leading and participating in training processes, ensuring employees understand company culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy, and programs.

You will support the Store Manager through performance management tools, including annual reviews, to set expectations, coach, and create an environment that encourages engagement, retention, and talent. Manage minor employee relations issues and deliver formal performance feedback in partnership with store management.

The role requires recruiting and interviewing for positions underneath the hierarchy and providing recommendations for new hires. This includes understanding and complying with all Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs.

You are accountable for managing operational results in store procedures, payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control. Lead the merchandising team to execute store visual standards in accordance with visual merchandising direction, resulting in timely and flawless product presentation and housekeeping standards.

Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing facilities. Adopt and advocate for new technology, policies, or programs rolled out in the store.

Communicate effectively with the management team to align and drive business strategy, creating an environment that encourages engagement. Supervise the store team in the absence of another member of management.

Create a high-energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors. Provide consistent coaching on sales training processes to ensure the highest level of service and sales.

Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building, partnering with the corporate office to communicate needs for aesthetic and safety requirements. Ensure required store tasks are completed timely and effectively by personally contributing and giving direction to other team members when necessary.
