Functional Consultant Job

This job opportunity is a chance to leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Development. Collaborate with clients and technology teams to implement large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce projects, fostering a client-focused, team-oriented approach.

  • Plan, configure and implement D365 Commerce for clients.
  • Employ knowledge of business processes and D365 Commerce to develop solutions.
  • Create Business process work-through, functional requirements documents and functional design documents for in-scope functionality.
  • Be the interface between clients and development & quality engineering teams – providing clarification to queries that arise.
  • Perform user acceptance testing of the functional requirements of the system and business processes.
  • Participate in the setup and execution of project workflows.
  • Manage and build client relationships as a top priority.
  • Develop a project plan, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Contribute to team discussions with strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX in Retail module, with at least 3 years of expertise in Dynamics 365 Commerce. Must have performed at least two full lifecycle implementations of D365 Commerce / AX 2012 Retail implementations. Experience in the Retail/Commerce and e-Commerce industry with a sound understanding of the value flow within ERP systems is also essential.

Requirements
  • Hands on experience in the Retail/Commerce and e-Commerce industry with a sound understanding of the value flow within ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately.
  • Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade.
  • Knowledge of Azure.
  • Knowledge of integration with other ERP / business systems.
  • Knowledge of Project Management.
  • Dynamics 365 Retail/ Commerce certifications.
