Public Sector Impact Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Public Sector Impact Specialist to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. In this role, you will support government agencies and ministries in developing effective delivery plans with clear strategies, targets, trajectories, and action plans.

  • You will monitor the implementation of these plans, establishing frequent routines and accountability mechanisms to ensure progress.
  • Your expertise in problem-solving, learning, and continuous improvement will help drive success within your projects.
  • You'll engage in data collection and analytical processes, developing visualizations and storylines to inform decision-making by senior leaders.
  • Your ability to build delivery capacity of national and subnational government leaders will be invaluable in achieving our goals.
  • You may participate in meetings and trainings with government officials to discuss planning and implementation tools and methods.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working within top consulting firms, governments, and/or international organizations.
  • Mandatory: right to work in Pakistan and proficiency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role in public sector contexts is essential.
  • Proficiency in project implementation or direct experience in delivering results is also required.
