As a Delivery Expert, you will be part of our team in Islamabad, working with senior government officials to support better delivery of public services. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and implement our methodology as a member of our regional team.

We are looking for someone with a sharp analytical problem-solving skill set to work with clients in Pakistan. This may include using data to formulate and test recommendations to improve decision making, facilitating problem solving and collaboration through action-oriented routines, design and delivery of stakeholder projects, and/or engagement with frontline services providers and end users to inform policy and program implementation.

About the Role
  • Advise government agencies on developing effective delivery strategies
  • Monitor the implementation of delivery plans, establishing accountability mechanisms
  • Support problem-solving and continuous improvement within projects
  • Engage in data collection and analysis, develop visualizations, and support decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in management consulting, public sector implementation, government, or international development
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles in public sector contexts
  • Project implementation skills or direct experience in delivering results
