Senior Salesforce Administrator Role

About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce expert to oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Sales Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce and be able to identify areas for improvement.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing user licenses, data governance, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, as the successful candidate will need to translate technical information into actionable solutions for stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • User and License Management: Manage new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
  • Salesforce Configuration Changes: Implement flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom objects, APIs, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Data Quality: Identify and implement best practices to improve data quality and cleanliness.
  • Platform Roadmap: Create a roadmap for future development and prioritize features based on business needs.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or higher certification.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce integrations and API architecture.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
