We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us manage, maintain, improve and enhance our Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and feedback, designing the best scalable solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Senior Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support cases, training, and designing solutions with user and customer satisfaction as a priority.We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms and clearly explain design options and their potential impact.**Responsibilities*** Master Data Management & Governance: Our Salesforce instance encompasses several different businesses. It's essential to understand, manage, measure, and seek to improve data accuracy and cleanliness.* All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules* Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom objects, APIs, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports* Understanding of basic triggers/code knowledge* Sandbox environment management* DevOps/release management experience* Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience* Identify unused or underutilized platform features that create value* Create a platform/stance roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders* Own the communication of any platform changes to end users, customers and stakeholders* Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed* Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health check, and Optimizer* User support case optimization* Monitor and improve user adoption* New user and ongoing user training* Technical documentation* Management & improvement of customized objects (timer) integrated applications, and third-party integrations, including (e.g., Pardot, Quosal, CloudCoach, Surveys, NPS, etc.)* Interest in understanding Salesforce Einstein and using it to streamline processes**Qualifications and Background*** Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least five years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud)* Certified Salesforce Administrator* Other Salesforce on going and current certifications.* Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification* Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities in Salesforce integrations* A proactive attitude to continuous improvement and platform utilization/ enhancements* Designing scalable, best-practice based solutions* Excellent relationship-building skills* Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels* Translating requirements into technical solutions with measurements of success* Deep experience in change management and governance* Training end users and key stakeholders* Technical documentation* Available and responsive to questions* Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes* DevOps/release management experience* Understands basic triggers/code knowledge* Demonstrates continued personal/professional development* Is active in the Salesforce community* Proficient in English**Exciting Benefits we offer:*** Market-leading Salary* Medical Coverage – Self & Dependents* Parents Medical Coverage* Provident Fund* Employee Performance-based bonuses* Home Internet Subsidy* Conveyance Allowance* Profit Sharing Plan [Tenured Employees Only]* Life Benefit* Child Care Facility* Company Provided Lunch/Dinner* Professional Development Budget* Recreational area for in-house games* Sporadic On-shore training opportunities* Friendly work environment* Leave Encashment***Disclaimer:*** *At Contour, we attribute our success to the unique contributions of our diverse staff.
