We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

As a senior member of the team, you will lead functional activities, manage stakeholder interactions, and ensure successful project outcomes. Your expertise will guide and mentor junior analysts, while driving continuous improvement in our processes and solutions.

About the Role
  • Lead international Digital Transformation projects, focusing on sales automation software solutions for top FMCG companies.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to understand client needs, define solution blueprints, support implementation, and ensure smooth deployment.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Champion an innovative and agile approach to Sales Transformation and analytics projects.
  2. Understand, map, and meet client requirements through analysis and workshops, guiding clients towards desired outcomes.
  3. Define functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and estimates for specific developments, following rigorous risk assessment practices.
  4. Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
  5. Engage customers in user acceptance strategy planning and execution.
  6. Demonstrate autonomous analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or an Analytical subject.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A strong theme of analytical work and experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Comfortable manipulating data to derive insights, communicating effectively with non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing functional workshops and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ability to handle end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, including mobilization, process design, system configuration, testing, integration, data migration, deployment, and business adoption.
  • Comfortable working with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Background in FMCG commercial processes advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SQL; Python a plus.
  • Client-centric approach and attitude.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Proficient written and spoken English.
