Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior ERPNext Functional Consultant.

The successful candidate will understand our customer's processes, map them to the product, work closely with the product team, train users, and help them achieve their business goals.

This role requires both analytical and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
  • Engage with sales prospects to understand and assess customer requirements, prepare and present demonstrations of ERPNext's features, and address technical objections.
  • Help prospects evaluate and visualize how our solutions can add value to their companies.
  • Drive the project like an account manager.
  • Be well-versed with Agile Methodologies.
  • Work with the team to create activities that develop strategies, resolve technical impediments, and scope out-migration workloads.
  • Perform detailed requirement elicitation with the client based on the project plan.
  • Document gathered requirements and define what needs configuration and what needs development (GAP analysis).
  • Create diagrams to present the client's business cycles and requirements as needed.
Requirements:
  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  • 5+ years of experience in ERPNext Implementation
  • Experience working on implementation projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, self-starter with high ownership
  • Experience in various projects using apps and modules like POS, Website, Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, and other live apps.
  • Ability to speak both business and technical process based on the audience.
  • Willingness to create a Whitelabel ERP using ERP Next.
