Project Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as an assistant project manager. This role will be responsible for coordinating various commercial activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Oversight: Oversee the overall process for commercial activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Verification: Verify quotations from the commercial department to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor payments to optimize financial processes and minimize delays.
  • Activity Focus: Provide special focus on all commercial activities related to project management, reporting directly to the project lead.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of project activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Team Support: Support the team coordinator and perform management duties when needed.
  • Motivation and Training: Provide encouragement to team members, communicate project goals, and identify areas for new training or skill checks.
  • Quality Control: Ensure work quality and guideline compliance by reviewing and answering team member questions.
  • Communication: Communicate deadlines and goals to team members, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
  • Regulation and Performance: Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
  • Reporting and Quality Service: Generate and share comprehensive reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines, while providing quality customer service.
