About The Role:

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Research Project Assistant. This is flexible, remote role involves sourcing and recruiting qualified Market Research Analysts for client projects. It is ideal for individuals with a passion for recruitment and a desire to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit qualified Market Research Analysts for client projects.
  • Ensure recruits understand their understand their roles and meet performance milestones.
  • Guide recruits through onboarding and initial training.
  • Monitor early-stage performance and coordinate with the internal team to ensure quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruits, their progress, and project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally for sales or outreach-based roles
  • Ability to evaluate candidates, communication skills and productivity potential
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Familiarity with cold calling or lead generation roles is a plus, but not required
