Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving platform utilization and achieving desired outcomes through proactive engagement with clients.

Key responsibilities include communicating value through casual and formal interactions, such as product adoption calls, dashboard training, escalation management, and renewal conversations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior experience in a customer-facing role, with proficiency in both English & Spanish languages (written and verbal).

  • Care for client health and experience, ensuring a smooth retention process.
  • Identify growth opportunities aligned to helping clients achieve their goals, delivered as Customer Success Qualified Leads.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to solve client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully getting the BOB through renewals and mitigating churn.

Requirements:
  • Customer Success or Account Management experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of effectively managing a book of business of 90+ large business accounts proactively and independently.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS applications.
  • Logistics experience is a plus.
