Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by successfully creating business from new and existing customer accounts.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Succeed in building rapport and establishing long-term relationships with customers
  • Formulate investment strategies based on client goals
  • Communicate openly and honestly with clients, keeping them informed about changes to your investment strategy

You will work closely with clients to identify their unique investment goals and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. This may involve working with clients to create new business opportunities or growing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive growth and retention
  • Investment Strategy: Develop and implement customized investment plans that align with client goals
  • Communication: Provide regular updates and insights to clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the investment process
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and build strong relationships with clients
