Cloud computing is a rapidly evolving field, and we're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Support Engineer.

Job Description:

We're seeking an individual with a strong technical background who can provide top-notch support to our customers through various channels. This includes tickets, chat, email, and phone. As a member of our team, you'll be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

  • Provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Able to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure environments, including AWS and GCE. A strong foundation in Linux operating environments, web technologies, and programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, and Python is also essential.

  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including Debian, Ubuntu, and CentOS.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS and GCE.
  • Proficient in web development frameworks, including Apache, Nginx, and Varnish.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, with experience in analyzing logs and debugging open-source applications.
  • Good understanding of database management systems, including MySQL.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, such as Sensu and Opsgenie.
