Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by developing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.

This role requires strong technical skills, including experience with white box and black box testing, API testing, and platform-independent testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed test cases based on functional requirements
  • Execute manual and automated tests, and record test results
  • Work collaboratively with the development team for defect triaging
  • Apply quality principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
  • Interact with the team to identify needs and requirements for product growth and success
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of proven work experience in software quality assurance
  • Ability to identify system corner cases easily based on acceptance criteria
  • Platform-independent tester (Android / iOS / Web Portal / Backend)
  • Increased flexibility and learning speed, ability to switch to unfamiliar stack if necessary
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
  • Strong API Testing knowledge
  • Strong team player, must be able to participate in Release deployments to production
  • Ability to be self-directed to complete assigned activities
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, including advanced interpersonal and presentation skills
