As a Technical and Fit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our garments meet the highest standards of quality.

  • Familiarity with garment construction and finishing techniques is essential for this position.
  • You should have experience with quality assurance processes to guarantee sample and bulk quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with pattern makers to refine and finalize garment patterns, taking into account factors such as fabric choice and manufacturing methods.
  2. Review and approve garment construction and finishing techniques to ensure they meet company standards.
  3. Lead quality assurance checkpoints in collaboration with QC and production teams, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate tech packs, measurement specs, BOMs, and construction details to facilitate effective communication between departments.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot fit and pattern issues, providing precise corrections and follow-up to resolve these problems efficiently.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. You must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
