We are seeking an experienced Revenue Generation Specialist to join our team at Recruiters Workforce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
About the Role:This position involves conducting cold calling and initiating outbound sales activities to potential clients in the United States, understanding and effectively communicating the value proposition of our recruitment services to prospective clients, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through diligent prospecting, lead qualification, and closing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities and develop effective plans to pursue them.
- Become proficient in CRM software to manage a pipeline of qualified leads and track sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with a background in cold calling and email campaign management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and via email.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Experience working in the EST timezone is mandatory.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
