Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with restaurant owners through timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Document customer issues with thorough analysis and understanding of causes and implications.
  • Interact with customers to investigate critical issues and provide solutions.
  • Utilize the AIO Platform to assist restaurants in operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution and efficient workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills, including formal, conversational, and colloquial English language proficiency.
  • Excellent people skills for building and maintaining relationships with restaurant owners.
  • High emotional intelligence for empathizing with customers and resolving conflicts.
  • Knowledge of US cultural sensitivities to effectively communicate and interact with customers.
  • Experience in a support role, preferably in the US market.
  • Data analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
