Customer Support Associate

Restaurant owners in the US face significant challenges in managing their businesses due to increased workload and operational costs. They utilize various front-of-the-house (FOH) and back-of-the-house (BOH) software, online ordering tools, and marketing platforms but struggle to manage multiple CRMs/dashboards which leads to additional operating expenses.

AIO aims to address this issue by providing a comprehensive solution that helps owners grow their business increase revenue reduce costs and improve profit margins.

The customer support team at AIO will work during night hours to address customer queries/complaints and escalate to relevant internal teams ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interfacing between the restaurant and internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Documenting issues with thorough understanding of causes and implications.
  • Investigating critical issues and interacting with customers as necessary.
  • Utilizing the AIO Platform to assist restaurants in time-sensitive operational tasks.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following soft skills:

  • Excellent command of formal conversational and colloquial English.
  • Strong people skills to establish and maintain relationships with restaurant owners.
  • Emotional intelligence.
  • Understanding of US cultural sensitivities.

Note: While not all competencies are required a strong command of English and people skills are essential.

A successful candidate will have some experience in technical skills such as:

  • Support role experience in the US market.
  • Data analytics.
  • Reporting & Documentation.

Prior experience background or knowledge of marketing is a plus.

Required experience level: 1-2 years of professional experience.
