Job Title: Team Lead

The role of a team lead is to manage and direct the daily activities of telesales representatives. This includes acting as an information source, answering questions, assigning tasks, following up and providing instructions as needed.

This position involves carrying out performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of all agents and operators to improve efficiency. It also requires developing an overall plan and providing direction for the telemarketing division to increase package sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff. They must also be able to carry out supervision, call monitoring, coaching, training, disciplining, and reviewing all agents or operators.
