The job requires experienced candidates who can speak and understand UK English.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a large amount of outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling calls.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solution or alternatives.
  • Be proficient in the English language and have impeccable listening skills.
  • Have excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Be target oriented, hardworking, and punctual.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Telesales experience in a UK calling campaign.

Working Hours:

2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
