In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the team's success by:

  • Facilitating Agile Scrum processes and promoting seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Guiding and coaching the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Ensuring the team delivers high-quality products by working efficiently and effectively.
  • Prioritizing the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Developer.

As a Consultant Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating daily standup meetings to ensure team members share updates and discuss progress.
  • Assisting the team in planning and estimating work for upcoming sprints, preventing over-commitment and scope creep.
  • Participating in sprint review meetings to capture feedback from stakeholders and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitating retrospectives to reflect on the sprint, identify actionable improvements, and enhance team performance.
  • Acting as a servant leader, supporting the team's needs and removing obstacles.
  • Meeting with team members individually to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration.
  • Consulting with team members and stakeholders on Scrum practices to help them work effectively within the framework.
  • Managing the Scrum board, ensuring that cards are up to date and tools like Jira Software are functioning well.
  • Analyzing burndown charts and other planning tools to track progress and adjust as needed.
  • Eliminating external blockers and addressing internal roadblocks through process improvements.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance team workflows, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Remaining open to changes and adapting Scrum practices based on team dynamics and organizational context.
