About the Role

The Senior Manager Procurement is responsible for managing a wide range of purchasing activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of IT equipment vendors, encompassing servers, networking devices, desktops, laptops, switches, and routers.

Key responsibilities include analyzing vendor quotations to ensure they meet technical and commercial specifications, providing guidance on purchasing terms and conditions to internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing daily operational purchasing needs.

The role also involves resolving supply chain issues with vendors, evaluating supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and prices, and preparing data and reports to support purchase strategy and cost-down analysis.

In addition, the Senior Manager Procurement will be responsible for implementing procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead-time requirements and undertaking other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
