Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional to lead our sourcing operations with Chinese suppliers. In this role, you will manage the complete sourcing cycle—from RFQ (Request for Quotation) through to final delivery. Your focus will be on securing competitive terms, identifying reliable suppliers, and ensuring on-time, high-quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sourcing process with Chinese suppliers, including RFQ, negotiations, supplier selection, purchase order execution, and delivery.
  • Negotiate costs, lead times, quality standards, transportation, and other contractual terms.
  • Evaluate and analyze RFQ outcomes, preparing sourcing documentation and recommendations for management review.
  • Drive supplier performance and coordinate closely with Supplier Quality Assurance teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including manufacturing, logistics, engineering/design, program management, legal, finance, and supplier quality—to meet project requirements.
  • Implement engineering or design changes and oversee execution with suppliers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support sourcing and supply chain objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
