Job Summary

Tens Sourcing is seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Head with a strong background in e-commerce and Amazon marketing. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional creative team, oversee brand communication, and drive customer engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies and high-converting content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, content writers, and marketing professionals.
  • Define and execute creative strategies for Amazon listings, A+ Content, and social media campaigns.
  • Oversee the production of marketing assets: product photography, infographics, banners, and video content.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Manage creative aspects of digital marketing campaigns across channels including Amazon, social media, and email.
  • Analyze campaign data and optimize content for performance and ROI.
  • Ensure all creative output is brand-consistent and delivered on time.
  • Stay current with industry trends, Amazon updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 
    8 years
     of experience in a senior creative role, preferably within e-commerce or Amazon-focused brands.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in 
    Adobe Creative Suite
     (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and marketing analytics.
  • Experience in managing creative teams and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project leadership skills.
  • Portfolio required
     – Include examples of past campaigns and creative work.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D rendering tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO for Amazon and digital marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC).
  • Strong storytelling skills and brand development experience.
