Product Management Professional

We produce and supply reliable, high-quality medications and vaccines to meet patients' needs and drive our performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technical governance for assigned products, ensuring robust product control strategies are in place.
  • Manage new product launches (NPI) and ensure timely, high-quality deployments.
  • Conduct technical risk assessments to identify and manage critical quality attributes (CQAs) and process parameters (CPPs).
  • Support root cause analysis for product or process issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process robustness and technical capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in product development or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and technical risk management.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret scientific data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels.
