We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, this role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including managing all account-related operations and providing exceptional customer support.
This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of customer service principles, and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in account management or customer service, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
The successful Account Manager will serve as the key liaison between our company and its clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues. This role also involves utilizing WHMCS for account management, processing and resolving billing disputes and discrepancies, handling service suspensions and reactivations, and managing financial transactions using Zoho Books.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of client accounts, including billing, renewals, and service modifications.
- Utilize WHMCS to manage client accounts, orders, and services.
- Process and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
- Handle service suspensions and reactivations in accordance with company policies.
- Respond to client inquiries and support tickets promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities.
- Proven experience in account management or customer service, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of billing and account management processes.
- Proficiency in using WHMCS or similar CRM/billing software.
- Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Knowledge of payroll and taxation principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
