Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
">- Coordinate with new clients or existing clients to establish strong working relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide leads to subscribed professionals after thorough verification process ensuring accuracy and reliability of the information.
- Regularly update lead status in the file on a daily or weekly basis to maintain transparency and keep stakeholders informed.
- Follow up on forwarded leads from professionals at 2-3 day intervals and update the status in the file to track progress.
- Align every verified lead with one of the three professionals, aiming for at least 70% alignment rate to optimize results.
- Monitor aligned projects until they are awarded to professionals, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
- Send welcome messages to subscribed professionals and stay in touch with them throughout their subscription period.
- Reach out to professionals when their package completes, offering further support and guidance if required.
- Share leads with the verification officer if the end-user is non-serious or consistently unresponsive.
- Request professionals to provide details about their selected areas according to their package and update the file accordingly.
- Send lead reports to professionals after verifying the information with the verification officer.
- Share a list of completed subscriptions on a monthly basis.
- Ensure all subscribers remain satisfied with the company through regular follow-up and contact.
• Maintain strong communication skills (English, Urdu)
• Problem-solving and effective communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience from service industry, national and/or international NGOs
